Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are determined on a case by case basis. Buyer has 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

No returns or refunds unless the item is defective or different from what was purchased.

If the item is defective, a full refund will be issued upon return of the item.

Shipping Information

Shipping and local pickup are available.

Resale and Trade

We buy tack and accept trades!

For resale tack, seller must reach out to Crowhop Tack Shop with pictures and information. All tack must be in safe, usable condition. There is no purchase guarantee.

For trade tack, you must reach out to Crowhop Tack Shop with pictures and information. All tack must be in safe, usable condition. Any damage or wear should be disclosed before the tack is shipped. Original owner is responsible for shipping cost. All tack will be inspected upon arrival. If the tack is accepted, then the trade items from Crowhop Tack Shop will be mailed out. If the tack does not pass inspection or undisclosed damage is found, it will be mailed back to the original owner at their expense.
